What We Offer
An integrated set of services, delivered as one connected model.
Voice and Minds Therapy Hub is developing a multidisciplinary offer that brings psychological, emotional, developmental, communication and family support together — with the child at the centre.
Section 01
Psychological & Emotional Wellbeing
Psychologically informed support for children and young people experiencing emotional, behavioural, developmental and relational difficulties.
Our focus is on understanding the child within their emotional, relational and developmental context — not on producing a diagnostic checklist.
- Anxiety and persistent worries
- Emotional distress and regulation
- Self-esteem and confidence
- Understanding and expressing emotions
- Experiences of trauma and adverse childhood experiences
- Relationships and family dynamics
- Significant life experiences and transitions
Section 02

- Relationships and self-exploration
- Processing difficult experiences
- Developing healthier coping strategies
Section 03
Communication & Language Development

Communication is central to how children express themselves, build relationships, participate in everyday life and experience the world around them.
The Hub will provide Speech and Language Therapy and communication-focused support as part of its wider integrated model — connected with emotional wellbeing, relationships, education and everyday participation.
- Understanding and using language
- Expressive and social communication
- Functional communication and confidence
- Communication in everyday situations
- Alternative and Augmentative Communication where appropriate
Section 04
Family & Caregiver Wellbeing
Supporting a child also means recognising the wellbeing of the people who care for them.
Parents and caregivers are not passive recipients of support. They are active participants within the wider support system. The Hub will provide counselling and psychologically informed support alongside practical guidance.
- Counselling for parents and caregivers
- Psychologically informed support
- Support with emotional overwhelm and caregiving stress
- Psychoeducation and practical guidance
- Support for parent–child relationships
- Everyday strategies tailored to the family
Section 05
Sensory & Regulation Space

The Hub will include a dedicated sensory and regulation environment designed to support children who may experience sensory overload, emotional overwhelm or require a more adaptable environment.
Not simply a room with sensory equipment — a flexible, child-centred space that forms part of the wider therapeutic and developmental model.
- Sensory exploration and regulation
- Calming, movement and play
- Engagement and emotional decompression
- Adapted to individual sensory needs
Section 06
Real-World Development & Practical Skills
Development should be meaningful beyond the therapeutic environment.
Our model aims to support the transfer of skills across home, education, community and everyday life.
- Independence and self-care
- Everyday communication and social interaction
- Emotional regulation and coping strategies
- Problem-solving, decision-making and confidence
- Practical daily living skills
- Participation in meaningful activities
Section 07
Multidisciplinary Professional Collaboration

The multidisciplinary model is designed to bring together different professional perspectives so that psychological, emotional, developmental, communication and wider wellbeing needs can be considered together.
Professionals will contribute according to the individual needs of the child and family — coordinated and personalised, rather than a fixed pathway.
- Psychologists
- Psychotherapists
- Counsellors
